There is still one trip to fill - any ideas for the visit in May (remember that is is half term and some places will be busy)

28th March Chatham Historical Dockyard
Meet in coffee shop behind the ticket desk by 10.30 am. (opening time is 10am)
Check website for any discounts available e.g. English Heritage, RNLI etc - most you have to pay on the day to get
Admission is £24 or £21.50 concession but ticket is valid for one year.

25th April Pashley Manor Gardens - Tulip Festival
There will also be statues around the garden and hopefully bluebells in the wooded areas
Admission £11.
For car-sharing, meet in the car park by the church in Linton (just past Linton Crossroads going towards Sutton Valence) at

27th June Ramsgate and Kent Coast
To include a visit to the war tunnels and the harbour.
For those who want to catch the sunset there is Josh Bay, Botany Bay, Herne Bay or Whitstable on the north Kent coast - weather permitting.

25th July Racing at Lingfield Surrey
There is a meet on this Wednesday but no details available for entry etc at the moment

29th August Hampton Court
Visit Hampton Court the Tudor home of Henry VIII
Admission £19.20

26th September Battle of Britain Museum followed by Folkestone
The Battle of Britain Museum is in Hawkinge and opens at 10am, admission £8.00 (concession £7.50)
This is followed by a trip to Folkestone around the Lees.

For those who wish to visit the East Kent Ploughing Match on this day, itis in Dover this year but will be an early start as you need to be there for 9am (most of the ploughing is finished by about12). You can then join us in Folkestone after lunch.

31st October Bedgebury National Pinetum & Forest Goudhurst
See the Autumn colours and walk around the forest and lake.
Admission is free but there is a charge for the car park.

28th November Greenwich
