These club fees are due to be paid by the end of September 11. An alternative payment plan is now available. Pay 50% of the fee by the end of September 09 and the second 50% by the end of January 10. If new members join after Christmas
then only 50% of the relevant fee is due. There are no other pro-rata reductions available. A member who has not paid the required fee by the due date will be deemed to be no longer a member and will be ineligible to enter any competitions until the fee is paid.
The Invicta Photographic Club welcomes the friends and relatives of members to come occasionally to the club events as well as members from other photographic clubs. To help defray our costs a nominal charge of a £3 for visitors is due for such a visit, but where the club is holding a special event and bringing in a well known speaker, at additional cost, then this fee rises to £5. Check the programme for these special events.
When trying to decide whether to join a club it is very useful for prospective new members to be able to visit the club and
see for themselves. We therefore cordially invite them to visit us but the visitor fees do however apply. The treasurer will ask them for the membership fee on their third visit. Should any visitor decide to join the club, then any fees already paid will be deducted from the relevant membership fee.
